RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window – Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Item Condition – Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items – Personalized items, custom products, and final-sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
To begin a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions for returning your item.
To help speed up processing, please include your original packing slip or order confirmation with your return package.
RETURN SHIPPING & REFUNDS
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. Baby Drew Berry Clothing is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
If you need a different size, color, or style, we will gladly process an exchange based on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or issue a refund.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including applicable shipping charges.
